• Changing an appointment1:13Change anything about an appointment. Date, time, and location changes notify the confirmed interpreter, and IMP warns you about clashes. Jobs on a sent invoice are locked.
• Cancelling, and late cancellations1:19Cancel with a reason and the job stays on record. Each client's cancellation window decides what's late; late cancellations can carry a client fee and interpreter pay.

• Completing a job: charges and pay2:07Completing a job works out the client charge and the interpreter's pay, with the math shown. Enter actual times, add expenses, change one job's numbers, or mark a no-show. Then it's ready to invoice.

Accounts

Interpreters

Admins

• Check who's free before you book1:18See your interpreters' confirmed work on one calendar, and test up to ten date and time slots to find who's free before you create the job.
• Email Blaster: send open jobs to your roster1:50Build one email of your open jobs: pick the jobs, choose what each line shows and how much address to give, then copy it into your own email. Nothing here changes a job.

General, Business Hours

Rate Cards
