Recurring appointments

Create a repeating appointment in one pass: choose how it repeats and when it ends, review every date, and create them together. Each date is its own appointment, and the series viewer lets you confirm, broadcast, or unassign across the whole run.

What the video says

Some appointments repeat. Set them up once.

  1. When you create an appointment, set how it repeats: daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Then say when it ends, on a date or after a number of occurrences. IMP shows you the last date either way.
  2. Before anything is created, you review every date. Change a time, or remove the ones that land on a holiday or a closure. Then create them all at once.
  3. Each date is its own appointment. It can be offered, confirmed, changed, or cancelled on its own, without touching the rest.
  4. The series viewer shows the whole run in one place: every date, its day of the week, who's on it, and its status.
  5. Select some or all of the dates and act on them together. Confirm one interpreter across the whole series, or unassign them from it.
  6. Or broadcast the series. IMP shows which interpreters are free on every date, so you offer the whole run to people who can actually cover it.
  7. If one date changes later, only that date changes. The rest of the series stays as it was.

Next, letting IMP read a request for you.
