Skip the broadcast: confirm an interpreter directly

Already agreed with an interpreter that they'll take the job? You don't need to broadcast.

1. Open the broadcast window as usual, and pick just that one interpreter. With one selected, you get a second choice: confirm and assign instead of sending the offer.
2. That does the whole loop in one step. IMP records the offer, the acceptance, and the confirmation, and the job is confirmed right away. The interpreter is notified.
3. Use it for the arrangements you've already made: a client who always has the same interpreter, a series one person covers, or a job you set up by phone.
4. If that interpreter already has a job at the same time, or inside your buffer, IMP flags it. If they marked the day unavailable, you'll see that too. You can still confirm them. It's your call.
5. Need a team? Set the number of interpreters when you create the appointment, and IMP makes one appointment per interpreter. Confirm the one you already have, and broadcast the other.
6. From there it's a confirmed job like any other: the same reminders, the same details for the interpreter, and the same way to swap if plans change.
