Broadcasting: offering a job to interpreters

Offer a job to every interpreter who fits. IMP shows who qualifies with their rate and distance, sorts by location within a radius, and filters by certification. Interpreters accept; you confirm.

What the video says

Broadcasting offers a job to many interpreters at once. They accept. Then you confirm one.

  1. When you broadcast, IMP shows the interpreters who qualify: the right language, the right delivery type, the right specialized work. It ticks the ones who are also free at that time, including your buffer between jobs.
  2. Each row shows what matters when you're choosing: tags for language, certification, delivery, and specialty; the interpreter's pay rate; and how far they are from the job.
  3. Switch to the location view to sort by distance and narrow it to a radius, five miles or ten, so a short job goes to someone nearby. Or filter by certification when a job calls for a specific credential.
  4. You can tick anyone. IMP suggests. You decide.
  5. Everyone you include gets an email and a phone notification. Then you watch the answers come in. Each person is invited, accepted, declined, or filled.
  6. If you broadcast again later, only the people you add get the offer. Nobody gets it twice.
  7. Accepting doesn't book anyone. It tells you they're available. You still choose.
