Frequently asked questions

Is the first month really free?

Yes — on annual plans, your first month is free. You also get onboarding sessions and full data migration, so you can move your data over and run real jobs before you're ever billed. There is no separate free trial.

Can I switch from monthly to annual later?

Yes. You can move to annual billing at any time and start saving $1,200 a year compared to paying monthly.

What does onboarding include?

Guided onboarding sessions where we help set up your agency and migrate your accounts, interpreters, and job history, so you're not starting from a blank screen.

Can you migrate our data from another platform?

Yes. Annual plans include full data migration at no extra cost. We handle importing your interpreter records, accounts, and job history.

Are there any limits on features?

Interpreters and accounts are unlimited on both plans, and there are no per-seat fees. Plans include up to 250 jobs a month; past that, additional jobs are 25 cents each. Premium adds the AI Receptionist, AI Intake, and the AI Customer Support desk for your clients and interpreters. Everything else — including the live AI Translator and AI help for your own team using IMP — is in Standard.

Who owns our data?

You do, always. Your data is yours, and you can export it whenever you need to.
