Let IMP read the request: the AI Processor

Requests arrive as emails and forms. Let IMP read them for you.

1. Copy the request and paste it in: an email, a web form, a table from a hospital's scheduling office. Or upload the file. IMP reads it.
2. It pulls out what it finds: the organization, the date and times, the language, whether it's onsite or video, the address, the contact, the consumer's name, and the notes.
3. You review every field before anything is created. Fix what it missed or misread. A phone number in the wrong box takes two seconds to catch here and twenty minutes to untangle later.
4. Then it opens the appointment form with everything filled in. The organization is matched to your client list, the address is on the location step, and the notes are in the description. You finish it the same way as any appointment.
