What the video says

Coordinators and schedulers get the admin role. Here's what that means, and what to do when someone leaves.

  1. Admin means full access to your agency: scheduling, people, billing, and settings. Give it to people you'd trust with all of it.
  2. Interpreters don't need admin. They get the interpreter role.
  3. Admins join by invitation, with the same 24-hour link as everyone else.
  4. When someone leaves, deactivate them. They can't sign in anymore, but their history stays. Every job they touched still shows who did what.
  5. If they come back, you can reactivate them.
  6. There's a second option next to it, and it is not the same thing. Anonymizing replaces the person's name and email with a placeholder everywhere, including on past jobs, and for an interpreter it deletes their languages, certifications, and rates. It can't be undone. It's for a deletion request, not for someone leaving.

That's setup. Next, your first appointment.
