Working with more than one agency

Work with more than one agency on IMP? You don't need a second login.

1. If you work with more than one agency that uses IMP, one email and password covers all of them.
2. When you belong to more than one agency, you can switch between them any time.
3. When you switch, IMP opens that agency's own address and the right portal for your role there.
4. Your role can be different at each one. You might be an admin at one agency and an interpreter at another.
5. Each agency's work stays separate. Nothing from one agency shows up in another.
6. Switching applies to every open IMP page in that browser. To keep two agencies open side by side, use a second browser profile.
7. When you sign in at an agency's own address, you land in that agency.
