Build one email of your open jobs: pick the jobs, choose what each line shows and how much address to give, then copy it into your own email. Nothing here changes a job.

What the video says

Jobs nobody has taken yet? Put them all in one email to your roster.

  1. It gathers your open jobs from today onward, and you narrow them by date range, language, delivery, and whether they've been broadcast already.
  2. You pick which jobs go in, and what each line shows: job number, date, time, length, client, language, delivery, and how many interpreters are needed.
  3. You choose how much of the address to give: nothing, the location's name, the name with city and state, or the full street. Same rule as broadcasting, so send the least that lets someone decide.
  4. Language names can be short, the way interpreters write them, or spelled out in full.
  5. You get a plain intro line, your agency's sign-off, and jobs grouped by date.
  6. Then you take it: formatted for an email, as plain text, or straight into your mail program. IMP does not send it, so your own email carries your name and your replies come back to you.
  7. Nothing here changes a job. Nobody is invited, nothing is broadcast, no status moves. It's an email, and interpreters reply to you with the job numbers they can take.
