What the video says

Your client's staff can request interpreters themselves. Here's who can do what.

  1. You invite client users from their organization's account. Each invite is locked to that one organization.
  2. There are three client roles.
  3. Account admin. They request interpreters, see every appointment for their organization, manage their own users, and pay invoices. Make your main contact an account admin.
  4. Requestor. They request interpreters and see only the requests they made.
  5. Limited requestor. Their requests go to their account admin for approval first. You don't see anything until it's approved. This fits students, employees, or patients who shouldn't commit the organization on their own.
  6. Client users never see your rates, your interpreters' pay, or your other clients.
  7. Once their first account admin is in, they can invite the rest of their team themselves.

Next, your own staff.
