What the video says

Every appointment has a status. Here's what each one means.

  1. Pending approval. A limited requestor asked for it, and their account admin hasn't approved it yet. You won't see it until they do.
  2. Unbroadcasted. It exists, but nobody has been offered it.
  3. Broadcasted. It's been offered, and you're waiting for answers.
  4. Accepted. An interpreter said yes, and you haven't confirmed yet. IMP shows it as pending, because nothing is booked.
  5. Confirmed. An interpreter is booked. While it's happening, your dashboard shows it as in progress.
  6. Completed. It's done, the charges and pay are worked out, and it's ready to invoice.
  7. No-show. The appointment didn't happen.
  8. Cancelled. It was called off. It stays on record with the reason.
  9. Rejected. A client's own account admin turned the request down. It never reached your schedule.
