The dashboard: what needs you today

The dashboard groups every job that's waiting on you: to confirm, to offer, unanswered, urgent, about to auto-cancel, and happening now.

What the video says

The dashboard shows every job that needs a person to act. Start your day there.

  1. Up top: how many jobs you have today, this week, and this month, how many are done, and how many are still unfilled.
  2. Below that, jobs are grouped by what they're waiting on.
  3. Some are waiting for you to confirm an interpreter who accepted.
  4. Some haven't been offered to anyone yet.
  5. Some were offered, but nobody has answered.
  6. Some are urgent: close to start time with nobody confirmed. You decide how close counts as urgent.
  7. And some are happening right now.
  8. A good rhythm: confirm the accepted ones first, then chase the unanswered offers, then send the ones nobody has seen, and keep an eye on urgent.
