What the video says

Cancelling keeps the record. Nothing is deleted.

  1. When you cancel, you give a reason. The reason and the time are saved with the job.
  2. The confirmed interpreter is notified by email and on their phone.
  3. Whether it's a late cancellation depends on the client's cancellation window, set on their account. 48 hours by default.
  4. For a late cancellation, you can charge the client a fee. It shows up on their invoice.
  5. If your policy pays the interpreter for a late cancellation, you record that too. It shows in their pay, marked cancelled.
  6. Cancelled jobs stay on record, so you can always find what happened.
  7. Jobs nobody filled can also cancel on their own after the start time, if you turn on auto-cancel.

Next, swapping an interpreter.
