What is interpreter scheduling software?

Software for booking interpreters that accounts for language, credentials, availability, location, and how the job is delivered: onsite, video, or phone.

Can it prevent double bookings?

IMP flags them. When you broadcast, a job at the same time is flagged red and a job inside your buffer gets a yellow warning.

Can interpreters set their own availability?

Yes. They keep it current in the IMP app, and you can check it before you broadcast.

Does it handle onsite, VRI, and OPI?
