What is interpreter dispatch software?

Software for getting a job in front of the right interpreters quickly: sending the offer, collecting answers, and confirming who works it.

How does broadcasting work?

IMP lists the interpreters who qualify and selects them for you. They accept in the app, and your team confirms who works the job.

Can we broadcast to a specific group?

Yes. Save custom rosters and broadcast to a roster instead of everyone who qualifies.

What if nobody accepts?

Turn on rebroadcast to send the job again on a timer, up to a limit you set. For live video and phone calls, overflow coverage can offer the call to the IMP Interpreter Network after your delay.

Does it work for onsite and remote jobs?

Yes. Broadcast onsite jobs, and place video and phone calls through IMP.
